Aldrich Family. Rosie's one!

It's been so fun getting to know the Aldrich Family this past year. I first did their portraits a year ago May for their new infant daughter, Rosie. Then, we captured her at six months. Now she's one! And, her brother, Silas is now three! What a difference a year makes. They have even moved into a new, beautiful home. This session was in two parts. We were rained out on day one, so we headed inside for a few portraits of the kids. A couple days later we had the most amazing light among the flowers and continued the fun. I love this good-looking family and can't wait to see them grow. What a pleasure this past year has been.

First we had daddy and Silas.
I love this photo of the two of them.

Little Rosie is one and walking! Such a cutie.
It started to blow and rain in sheets, so we went inside.
Boy, that Rosie is adorable.

Silas is too!

Day two of our adventure. Back in the native spring flowers.

Silas' best buddy just happened to be taking a hike with his dad while we were there, so we took advantage of the surprise.
Such a good looking family.
Stretch also joined us on our adventure.

Mommy and Rosie.
Thank you, Susan and Zach. You are an amazing and beautiful family and I'm so happy to have been able to capture this past year.

Samuel and Bre

My friend, Bre, wanted me to capture her son, Samuel, in the Arrowleaf Balsam Roots. He's seriously a cute kid! Thanks, Bre.

Voller Family

Recently, I had the opportunity to meet and photograph the beautiful Voller Family. Maddy had just turned two and Aiden is four. The both have a wonderful spirit and enjoyed seeing the roaring Clark Fork River.

Paul, Lucie, Ellis and the Arrowleaf Balsam Roots

On Monday evening my family and I decided to pack up a picnic and head for the hills. The beautiful Arrowleaf Balsam Roots are amazing this time of year, but the beauty only lasts a short while.
