Sonja and Judd 8.2.08

I had so much fun photographing Sonja and Judd's wedding on August 2nd at Snowbowl Ski Resort. Sonja, originally from Great Falls and Judd from Florida, traveled from their home in Washington D.C. for their Montana destination wedding. I believe, the only guests that actually lived in Missoula, were Sonja's sister, Kiki and husband, Pete. We had to wait the rain out a little for the portraits, but the sun was shinning brightly for their beautiful and poignant ceremony. I was able to get a preview of their first dance during the portrait session that was inspired by the show, "So You Think You Can Dance". Everyone seemed surprised, but delighted with their interpretation of their first dance. Dancing throughout the night was some of the wildest and fun I've seen in a long time. Congratulations Sonja and Judd and thank you for having me be apart of your special day.
